Not only did they work with our organizations budget, they agreed to let me offer my guests an entree choice between chicken and beef, and had no problem with eliminating food allergens from the menu. At the tasting I went in prepared to not eat that much, but that flew out the window when the hor d'eourves were presented. The food presentation is beautiful.

They were able to provide interesting, good quality food with an ethnic flare for my husband's memorial service reception. They were flexible with menu items when requested. I received so many complements for all their hard work & effort. My experience with Elyse was thorough & timely. The on-site event supervisor was efficient, sensitive & extremely helpful, even directing people to our designated space. Should I need catering in the future, they will be the first company I call! Thank you to everyone at Main Event for making the event stress free, enjoyable and above all tasty!

One of our guests has been a lifelong butcher and he said the short rib that was served was DELICIOUS! The service was well-executed and entire staff was polite, hard-working, organized, and was attentive to every detail. As bride & groom, we had our own personal server who made sure we had first taste of everything and got seconds if we asked. All of our guests felt very well taken care of. Main Event went above and beyond with our desserts which my husband got very excited about customizing; we had skillet cookies and mini cobblers. Thank you for making our wedding even more memorable! Multiple guests have told us that our food was the best they had ever had at a wedding. They made us feel that any of our wedding food dreams could be achieved and which in the end was true.

Main Event did an amazing job setting everything up and making the day run seamlessly. Our guest have still been raving about how delicious all the food was. I mean EVERYONE commented on how much they loved the food. Our event designer- Ali Jones - was AMAZING. Her communication, professionalism, and assistance was above and beyond throughout the whole process. My husband and I had a lot of changes from the start of the process to the end, and she was so helpful and responsive. Ali’s customer service is exceptional and she truly outdid herself. Our event would not have been so successful and representative of Nick and myself if it weren’t for her. As for the day of experience, all of the staff were so friendly and attentive. We appreciated having a dedicated staff member after the ceremony to make sure we had drinks and hors d’oeuvres. We felt like we were taken care of the entire night.

We opted for a Seafood forward cocktail hour -- don’t skip the mini lobster rolls -- our guests still talk about them!! Truly exceptional on all fronts from the food quality, service, and overall logistics.

Elyse and the team were amazing during the initial consult, presenting various menu option that were in line with our winter wedding theme, as well as linen, place setting and glass options. The tasting was some of the best food I ever had – we left stuffed, and they made it very special. From a personal parking spot, to champagne during the actual tasting, it was AMAZING! The quality of the ingredients, the vastness of the selection, and the deft with which they put it all together were amazing. We did a dual entrée with short rib and crab cakes, along with parmesan polenta and roasted brussels. Passed hors d’oeuvres included lobster rolls, mini duck tacos, and butter chick on small naan bread – all of which reflected us perfectly as a couple. I could go on and on about the food, but the SERVICE was impeccable. We had our own assigned served who anticipated and met our every need; she even comforted by 3 year old when she started to have a tantrum. This included bringing us a signature cocktail and hors d’oeuvres right after the ceremony, to getting me water while dancing the night away on the dance floor. My guests have been raving about the food since we had the wedding over a month ago! The best decision you will ever make is hiring Main Event!! The made the wedding unforgettable!

The food was... INCREDIBLE! All of the guests were raving about the food, from the apps to the main courses to the gelato and everything in between. Not only did it look beautiful in presentation but it was served hot and it was all very delicious. The team worked with us to reschedule 4 times due to the pandemic and each time were so helpful and accommodating. The food options had incredibly variety, they helped us with meal vendors kids menus and food allergies. Again, the food itself was truly outstanding. The servers were amazing, all bartenders and wait staff were kind patient and professional.
